In 2008, Gary founded Jadavé and expanded the design collection to include leather totes, shoulder bags, messenger bags, luxury diaper bags, camera bags, iPad and PDA cases. In addition, he experimented with highly durable materials such as PVC, TPU and nylon to expand his bag and case products and introduce a line of water resistant sports bags.

Shipping & Delivery

Jadavé Inc. currently ships to only addresses within Canada and the United States for purchases made via the online store.  

Standard Shipments are made by Canada Post.  Express Shipments are made by UPS.  

Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, rural addresses and shipments to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or any US territory addresses.  Please allow extra time for these shipments.

Jadavé Inc. will ship the item(s) ordered by you according to the delivery method you have chosen and to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation.  Delivery times provided by Jadavé Inc. are estimates only.  Jadavé Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.  

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes. Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused items purchased from jadave.com with proof of purchase   within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return or exchange Jadavé merchandise purchased from another retailer please return to the store where you made your initial purchase.At jadave.com we are only able to process returns of merchandise purchased from  jadave.com.

The following procedures apply only to jadave.com purchases:

1. Using your order number and full name as it appears on the original order, please email Jadavé at customerservice@jadave.com with your request for a return or exchange.

2. Once your initial order has been identified, you will be asked to select the item you wish to return or exchange and will be provided with a Return Authorization number (RA) and the return address. If it is an exchange please provide the details of the item you would like in exchange for the returned item.

3. Send the item(s) to the return address provided below and clearly indicate your RA number on the box being returned, otherwise it will be refused at the destination. Refunds and exchanges will only be issued once Jadavé has received the returned item.

The Return or Exchange request must be received no later than 30 days after you have received your merchandise (this period is determined based on the delivery date recorded by our delivery company). We will not accept any exchange or return requests received after the 30 day deadline. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and free of any damage. Shipping charges for the returned/exchanged item(s) are the responsibility of the customer, as are the shipping charges for the new item(s) sent back to the customer in the event of an exchange. For refunds we only credit the original credit card account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All Jadavé leather products has been chemically sealed and treated during production. Our leather products are best cleaned using a damp cloth moistened with water to remove surface marks and dirt. If you wish, polish the surface with a gentle leather conditioner to maintain the clean and supple appearance of the leather. For more serious stains you may visit a trusted dry cleaner that specializes in the care of leather garments and bags at your own risk.


Jadavé warrants all Products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect is reported to Jadavé by Customer during the warranty period, Jadavé at its option will either repair (using new or remanufactured parts) or replace (with a new or remanufactured unit) the Product at no charge.

Customer is responsible for returning the defective Product to Jadavé. If the defect is found to be covered under this limited warranty, Jadavé will pay to ship the repaired or replaced unit back to the Customer. If it is not warranty-related, Customer will be responsible for return shipment. Customer agrees the foregoing constitutes Customer's sole and exclusive warranty and remedy for breach by Jadavé of any warranties.

The warranty will not apply to the Product if it has been damaged by misuse, alteration, accident, improper handling or operation, or if unauthorized repairs are attempted or made. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs. Customer shall first obtain a return authorization by emailing customerservice@jadave.com with a complete description of the problem. Any returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
